The Machine adopts two turnplates to process the paper cup top. Compare to three turnplates, two turnplates can simplify and stabilize the high speed processing process and ensure better product quality. This design is also good for producing high cup.

Independent edible lubrication system can make the cup processing process more clean.Installing according to the custom’s requirement.

The transmission part adopts automatic lubrication system which can reduce mechanical wear and make the machine function smoothly.

The machine comes with PLC control system, sensor failure detecting, and can stop working automatically if the machine has any problem so it can greatly improve operation safety and reducing labor cost.
